The Pacific Northwest is the driving inspiration behind Cascara Health’s new human-centric Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Portland, Oregon. In order to support healing and wellness amongst patients, families, and staff, the design of Cascara’s ASC thoughtfully incorporates Pacific Northwest elements, effective way-finding, and natural lighting throughout the facility. Maintaining a clean environment through antibacterial materials is emphasized while fostering high levels of comfort and warmth within the space. A calming color palette of soothing neutrals and shades of green is reflected throughout the interior to express PNW forest elements, in addition to feelings of tranquility. Cascara’s Ambulatory Surgery Center is ultimately designed to be the intersection of innovation, health, and wellness by providing elite practices in gynecology, urology, gastroenterology, and orthopedics.
