Lauren currently resides in Sacramento and works at LPA Design Studios as an Interior Designer III. Lauren began her design journey at Oregon State University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Design & Innovation Management with a focus in Interior Design. To advance her academic career, Lauren pursued a master’s degree in Design for Human Health from the Boston Architectural College.

Lauren is passionate about improving the health and well-being of occupants, in addition to integrating sustainable solutions and practices into her designs. Lauren also has a strong interest in biophilic design; she strives to incorporate elements of biophilia within the built environment to help foster a deeper connection between occupants and nature. Additionally, Lauren utilizes her expertise in computer-aided design programs to develop innovative and functional layouts for various sectors including commercial, civic, healthcare, hospitality, and residential projects.

Through her designs, Lauren aims to provide inviting and comfortable environments by implementing human-centric and inclusive design principles. In 2021, she obtained her LEED Green Associate (GA) credential and is currently preparing to advance her qualifications by taking the WELL AP, in addition to the EDAC exam in the near future. In her free time, Lauren loves to travel, tend to her collection of houseplants, and spend time with family and friends.
